Rooted in the traditional Three Sisters system we set out to reimagine everyday meals through real ingredients that nourish, not just flavor. These crops have sustained communities for generations, growing together in balance and supporting both the land and the people. We bring that same philosophy into the modern kitchen creating simple, functional foods that help you eat better without overthinking it. Because the future of food isn’t more processed. It’s more connected to ingredients, to culture, and to what our bodies actually need.

I am a globally shaped food entrepreneur, recent Culinology® grad, and founder of VituFoods LLC and Trimilpa. Raised between the United States and East Africa, with experience on regenerative farms, brewery, fine dining kitchens, food systems work in Tanzania, and various product development through my Culinology degree, I am building a food brand rooted in flavor, travel, real food and everyday cooking.
